Estepona: The Over 50's Show: at the Palacio de Congressos y Exposiciones. November 28th and 29th. The Andalusian International Artists Group will stage an Art Exhibition over the two days 28 and 29 November 2009. The following members are confirmed participants: Roger Cummiskey, Dolores Cummiskey, Margit Björklund, Elaine Carlton, Percy Roland, Ian Hunter, Richard Wood, Philip Magee, Juan Cruz and John Lowe (Host and producer of the Over 50s Show is our guest). Open 11-17 daily.

Hey Dude! - Jinette, Carretera La Cala Golf, Mijas Costa Open: Seven days - 13:00-22:00 13/11-14/12 Champagne Cocktail Friday, 13th Nov. at 20.00. Eight Artists – Five different countries. Members of the Andalusian International Artists Group from the UK, Peru, Denmark, Spain and Ireland will display a variety of images. Richard Wood, Elaine Carlton, Roger Cummiskey, Ursula Williams, Ian Hunter, Juan Cruz, Philip Magee and Karen Singh. In this exhibition: Richard exhibits oil painting from Andalucia. Elaine's artwork is a collage of textiles depicting subjects in abstract format. Roger exhibits watercolour paintings. Ursula displays original images from her village, Colmenar, east of Malaga City using coloured pencils and gouache. Ian brings new and innovative work. Juan shoes a variety of paintings in oil. Inspirational - Galería LUCIA, Calle Maestra Ángeles Aspiazú, Fuengirola Two artists - Two countries. Margit Björklund from Sweden and Roger Cummiskey from Ireland, members of the Andalusian International Artists Group, exhibit a selection of their paintings in Galería LUCIA, Calle Maestra Ángeles Aspiazú, Fuengirola (by the 3 horse roundabout) The exhibition runs from November 02 – 30, 2009. Reception and meet the Artists: Thursday 05/11, 19:00-20:00. Gallery open: Daily 13-16 and 19-21, except Sundays. In this exhibition Margit displays original oil paintings capturing natures fascinating explosion in colour and form during the very hot and relaxed summer on the Costa del Sol. The light, the colours and the scents in southern Spain are great sources of inspiration. Metamorphosis - Mesón Arte y Solera, Paseo Larios, 1, Torre del Mar, Malaga. 15/10 - 12/11. Open: Wed to Mon 2.30 to 4.30 p.m. and from 8 to 10 p.m. Closed Tues. Members of the Andalusian International Artists Group will display a variety of images. Ursula Williams, Dolores Cummiskey, Elaine Carlton, Roger Cummiskey and Philip Magee. Five artists - Three countries. In this exhibition: Ursula displays original images from her village, Colemenar, east of Malaga City using coloured pencils and gouache. DIN A4 Project Exhibition.

Press+Abierto+and+web.jpg (image) DIN A4 DINA4 Archivos Abiertos Sala de Exposiciones del Archivo Municipal, Málaga. Del 08 al 31 Octubre de 2009. De lunes a viernes: de11 a 14 y de 17 a 20 horas Sábados, Domingos y festivos: 11 a 14 horas Roger Cummiskey is the only Irish Artist participating in this project. He has two DIN A4 images within the collection since 2005. In this exhibition his image entitled “They never met in Paris, 1” depicts a partial head of Pablo Picasso. At the moment -Oct 09- there are 335 artists in the project including artists from Argentina, Mexico, Cuba, Bosnia, Japan, Croatia, Kosovo, Dutch and German, Belgian, French, Polish, USA, UK, the Balkans, Romania, Spain, Italy and One Irish Artist!
