UCD James Joyce Research Centre In Collaboration with the James Joyce Centre    In this year of centenary commemorations in Ireland, we mark the anniversary of the publication of A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man with a conference that aims to provide a forum for the discussion of one hundred years of scholarship on Joyce’s pivotal novel. While we encourage lively debates about the many ways in which the book has been read, we will particularly promote the presentation and discussion of new insights and perspectives on Joyce’s work.
